“ I don't think my pictures make their food justice, this place is great. The staff is friendly, they have the coolest posters and pictures from my favorite bands (which is a plus) and an extra star for the Playlist, but the food is the real gem We ordered the fried green tomatoes, brisket, OHC Smash Burger and the Island vibes... everything was tasty, juicy and flavorful. They also have great selection of drinks and beers, We tried the spooky tooth from Fat Head's Brewery, so good!!! Just a heads up, they do charge a 3% fee to pay with a credit card, in case that you want to come prepared . ”

“ Proof has some of the best staff and spare ribs honestly no need for sauce, in my opinion. They are seasoned to perfection with that beautiful smoke ring, letting your eyes know you're in for some goodness. I'm not a big fan of the corn bread taste like they put some old kfc honey on it, and the mac n cheese was OK it was too overloaded with chives for me, but still good. They have excellent beer draft and bucket specials to check out. But the service was top-notch from the moment we walked in, definitely worth checking out. ”
“ This place was a little off the beaten path but WELL worth the journey The meat was top notch tender and the sauces were great. We tried the proof sauce, the Kansas City, and Gojuchang and all impressed. The corn muffin and the pickles were both sweet which I did not prefer but others might. The service was top notch as well. Friendly and it looks like they run fun events. 100% don't miss this if you are in Cleveland! ”
“ Can’t say enough good things about this place! Had soo much fun sat at bar, had amazing margaritas, I am a vegetarian , so I had a salad and added the fried green tomatoes! Amazing!!! My husband got a pork sandwich, and he loved it. Our two bartenders where super friendly, and the Grateful Dead themed trivia was entertaining to watch. ”
“ First time here and this place def earned a spot on our regular rotation! Staff was quick and friendly. Got a spot at the bar without a wait. Drinks were flavorful and tasty. I got the ribs which are only available on the weekends. WOW! BEST RIBS IVE EVER HAD! Fall off the bone, excellent sauce, GREAT value! I ordered the half slab and had leftovers. Don’t miss this new spot! ”

The best barbecue nachos I’ve ever had in my life the meat off the bone very very good and we will definitely be back next year. “ I did take out (Uber Eats) so I have no idea about the atmosphere or service, but the food however was phenomenal!! I don't think I've ever had pork belly burnt ends that were so delicious in my entire life absolutely highly highly recommend getting those! The mac and cheese was also very good & flavorful as was the smash burger. My only small complaint is it's kind of expensive, but at least the food was spectacular. ”
